Rich Moore is CEO of Dealer Marketing Strategies, Inc. and has more than 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry. He‘s held many Executive roles in retail marketing and operations, giving him an awareness of all aspects of a dealership’s workings, particularly Variable and Fixed Operations on a B2B level. His strong understanding of retail marketing systems & processes, as well as his early recognition of the importance of the customer experience, have positioned him as a leader in helping dealers drive customer retention & profitability. Over his career he has worked with top level organizations and directly with many OEM’s. Rich’s envision has helped develop customer experience and retention programs for leading dealer groups and the following OEM’s: Acura, Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Kia, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Ford, Lexus, Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, Infiniti, General Motors, Mitsubishi, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar and Volvo.
